GENERAL BUSINESS TERMS
These Terms and Conditions apply to any products or services purchased from American Sequoia Sàrl (d/b/a Rainbow Play Systems of Switzerland) on the website, www.rainbowplaysystems.ch.
The products and prices published in the www.rainbowplaysystems.ch online store constitute an offer. By placing an order, you accept these terms and conditions in their entirety.
The receipt of the order is confirmed to you by an automatically generated email and sent to the address provided by you. The confirmation email of a placed order does not constitute a guarantee of availability or delivery. It only tells the customer that Rainbow Play Systems of Switzerland has received your order.
Rainbow Play Systems of Switzerland reserves the right to verify the order, prices, availability and payment.
In case of a product ordered out of stock or there is an error, we will contact you to remedy the situation. We will inform you of the expected delay and we will propose alternative products. If, however, you are not satisfied, we can cancel your order and refund you in full
All our prices are indicated in Swiss Francs CHF, with TVA included.
Shipping time is indicated with the description of products but not guaranteed. We make every effort to respect estimated delivery times.
The delivery area is Switzerland and Principality of Liechstenstein. For delivery in Switzerland, we require a participation. In case or delivery in a pedestrian zone, we will bill some additional fees. Assembly is not included unless indicated or planned in advance. Deliveries are made by Rainbow Play Systems, a shipping company or by DPD. We do not ship to PO Box. It is also possible to pick up the goods at our store in Bellevue. If this is the case, please inform us.
Our terms are full payment before pickup or delivery of the goods.
All products and services are payable either by: -Bank transfer in advance -Credit card: Mastercard; Visa; Diners Club -PayPal
The goods are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, which is included in the installation manual.
The buyer or operator is responsible for installation in good and due form, regular monitoring and security. Assembly instructions and operating instructions should be followed. American Sequoia Sàrl cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from installation and use.
If you change your mind for any reason after placing your order, you can cancel your order if the goods have not been shipped. To cancel an order, you need to contact us by phone. Emails will not considered as notice of cancellation. If the items have been shipped, you can use the right of return policy.
Right of return
Goods can be returned within 10 days from the date of delivery in its original packaging without being unpacked, in perfect condition, and be reimbursed. Return shipping fees will be the responsibility of the buyer.
All personal date will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties except for necessary information required to deliver your order. All data will be recorded and used only by American Sequoia Sàrl.
